This Salon Exclusive Formula Cream Developer has an exceptionally rich and dense consistency, specifically optimized for precise application.
This developer acts as an activator mix with our color cream. It helps to open the cuticle of the hair shaft to deposit the color pigment. 10 volume one is suit for the light hair dye dark color.
