Roll The Beauty Globes in an upwards motion starting from your décolletage
Starting from the center of your face, gently glide upwards and outwards toward your temples
From your temples, move The Beauty Globes in a steady motion upwards
Repeat steady upwards motion on the center of your forehead
Finish up by alternating each globe concentrating on one side of the cheek at a time in an upwards direction

Lymphatic Massage: repeat each step minimum 3 times for optimal results
Starting from behind the ears, roll The Beauty Globes in a downward motion along the shoulders
Starting from the centre of your face, gently glide upwards and outwards following your jawline
From the apples of your cheek, move upwards and outwards towards your temples
Starting from the middle of the face, roll The Beauty Globes over the eye area outwards
Starting from the middle of your forehead, follow the edges of your forehead in a downwards motion

STORAGE
