Simple and effective use!

Step 1 : Rinse the mouth with water

Step 2 : Apply the gel to the surface of the teeth using the gel pens provided with your Kit

Step 3 : Put the flexible part of the device in your mouth then turn it on

Step 4 : Leave on for 10-15 minutes for maximum effectiveness

Step 5 : Rinse mouth again with water

Step 6 : Clean the flexible part of the device by rinsing it with water
