We certify as below: • Hydraulic pumps and bases are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. • Wrinkling of vinyl on the seating surfaces of all chairs is normal and is not a defect. All chairs will progressively do this with age and use. • Staining or discoloration of chair vinyl due to normal wear and tear, caused by client clothing (dye in jeans, skirts, etc), use of hair color or bleach is not covered under warranty. • A licensed plumber must perform all installation for plumbing and all plumbing related equipment. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided to Yoocell for all plumbing related warranty issues. • Any fading due to exposure of sunlight is not covered under any circumstances.
Warranty range doesn’t include the following: • The cost of the wearing parts is not covered in the warranty; • Do not repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
All our Salon Furniture is made to order from our suppliers overseas due to limited space in our Sydney warehouse. Therefore once a client places a special Furniture order we then organize freight and arrange payment using the clients funds and then proceed to pay for any freight or customs/tax related fees. Please note orders such as these will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive to Australia but may take longer due to customs and standard freight delays. Under no circumstance do we offer refunds based on longer than expected delivery times. Once an order is shipped from our international supplier refunds are unable to be accepted and if there are any issues with the condition of the product then our supplier will replace or or provide compensation for this.
